1 . Parties to the Agreement

Buyer (Consumer): a natural person who places an order on the Website and accepts the terms of this distance contract.
2 . Subject of the Agreement
A distance contract is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer for the purchase of goods on the power-station.lv website. The Contract shall become effective upon confirmation of the order and payment of the invoice.
3 . Pre-contractual information
The Seller shall provide the Consumer with all information required by the TTS and the Distance Contract Conditions, including:
- Product characteristics, price and delivery costs;
- Payment, delivery and performance arrangements;
- The right of withdrawal and how to exercise it;
- Warranty, service and data processing information.
4 . Ordering, payment and delivery
The order is placed on the website. Goods are delivered to the address provided. Unless otherwise specified, the goods are delivered within 90 days at the latest.
5 . Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days. In case of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the Seller in accordance with the conditions specified. The goods must be in their original condition.
6 . Obligations of the Seller and the Buyer
The Seller shall ensure the conformity of the goods and the provision of information. The Buyer undertakes to use the Goods in a manner appropriate to their nature and with care.
7 . Warranty and Complaints
The warranty is applied in accordance with the laws and regulations and the manufacturer's conditions. Complaints must be made in writing by contacting the Seller.
8 . Data processing
Personal data is processed only for the purpose of performance of the contract and in accordance with the company's privacy policy.
9 . Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with the procedures in force in the Republic of Latvia.
